First Baptist Church, Collinsville, IL, is looking for its next Senior Pastor.
For the past year First Baptist has been served by an intentional pastoral intern. The focus has been twofold: 1) to help us work on us - to be more focused on Jesus. 2) After the previous pastorate of 10+ years we do not want our next pastor to be an unintentional interim.
Our desire was to prepare for what God has in store for us we are ready. Do you have four to six years minimum experience as a senior or associate pastor? Do you have or are working on a Master’s degree from a conservative seminary? Are you committed to expository preaching? Does leading as part of a team excite you? Do you understand the Midwestern culture?
